HOW TO ENTER
To enter, consumers must purchase a participating issue of Woman's Day during the promotional period.  Entrants who want to enter the Ring & Win competition must either call 1900 921 225 or SMS 197 44 201, leaving the keyword provided and registering their details including their name, address, postcode and daytime phone number during the stated promotional period. Total cost of SMS entry will be 55c including GST. Entrants must have premium service access. Maximum cost of 1900 call will not exceed 55c including GST. Mobile and pay phones may attract a higher rate. Service Provider is belong Pty Ltd. Entrants who want to enter online must visit www.womansday.ninemsn.com.au, and leave the keyword provided along with their details including their name, address, postcode and daytime phone number during the promotional period.

1.	Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2.	Entry is only open to Australian residents, aged 18 years and over, who purchase Woman's Day during the promotional period. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and their agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.

3.	The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process (including but not limited to tampering by way of use of techniques designed to avoid the payment of SMS /190 call costs). Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

4.	Multiple entries permitted subject to the following: (a) only three (3) entries permitted per person per participating Woman's Day purchased, however, only one (1) entry permitted per person per participating Woman's Day purchased by each of the following means of entry: (i) SMS; (ii) 190 call; and (iii) online. For the removal of doubt, an entrant can enter a maximum of three (3) times per participating Woman's Day purchased provided each entry is submitted by SMS once, 190 call once and online once.

5.	Maximum cost of 190 call is 55c. Calls from payphones and mobile phones may attract a higher rate. Premium SMS cost is 55c. Entrants must have premium service access. SMS winners will be contacted by SMS and/or phone and the Promoter will record their address details so that the prize may be awarded. SMS entries via the Internet are ineligible. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the promotion database and NOT at the time of transmission by the entrant. Individuals aged under 13 years must obtain bill payers permission before calling or using SMS. 1900/SMS Service Provider: belong Pty Ltd (Legion).

6.	Incomplete, indecipherable, illegible or inaudible entries will be deemed invalid.

7.	Promotion commences 4/8/2008. Entries close at 11.59pm AEST on 7/9/2008 for all online, 190 and SMS entries. The draw will take place at belong Pty Ltd (Legion), Level 8, 155 George St, Sydney 2000 at 11.30am AEST on 9/9/2008. The Promoter reserves the right to draw additional reserve entries, and record them in order, in the event that an invalid entry is drawn or an entrant is drawn who is ineligible.  Winners will be notified by mail and their names will be published in the Woman's Day on sale 22/09/2008. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8.	The first 60 valid entries drawn from all entries received from readers who have registered during the promotion, will each receive a 18ct white gold diamond .30pt pendant & 18ct white gold chain valued at $2,000. The next 60 valid entries will receive a Muffin Break branded enviro bag containing a selection of Muffin Break's 100% Arabica coffee in whole and ground beans valued at $55 each.

9.	If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

10.	Total prize pool is valued at $123,300. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.  Prices listed are correct at the time of printing.

11.	A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 13/1/2009 at belong Pty Ltd (Legion), Level 8, 155 George St, Sydney 2000 at 11:00am AEDST, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners' names will be published in The Australian on 21/01/2009.

12.	If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to (a) disqualify any entrant; and (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

13.	Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e)any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; and (f) use of a prize.

14.	The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. Unless otherwise advised, the Promoter may also use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
