They hold the Guinness World Record for the smallest siblings in the world and now Bridgette ‘Bri’ and Brad Jordan have chalked up another big achievement — their own TV show.
The pair, who live in Centralia, Illinois, suffer from Majewski osteodysplastic primordial dwarfism type II, a rare illness that affects just 200,000 people in the US and is associated with brain and skeletal abnormalities.
Bri, who stands at 69cm tall and Brad, who stands at 97cm, will be the stars of the new show to air on TLC called Big Tiny.
The reality show will follow the 22-year-olds through their day-to-day lives and explore the challenges they face.
Their mother, Christy, is confident her children are perfect for the show.
“Bradley especially doesn't seem to have a problem with being shy,” she told US newspaper The Huffington Post.
“They've always been in the public eye.”
Brad, who is a college cheerleader and accomplished gymnast, hopes to one day perform in movies and on television or Broadway.
His sister Bri, on the other hand, who is so small she showers in the sink, wants to get into fashion so that she can design shoes for other woman her size.
"When she's needed shoes for events, we've had to create them," Christy explains.
Bri also held the record for the world’s smallest woman for a short time last year, but the title has since been given to Jyoti Amge from India who is just 61cm tall.
Christy says she hopes her children’s TV show sends a positive message to their audience.
“We want people to know that anything is possible,” she said.
“I hope it's inspirational. We want people to embrace the challenges, not dwell on them.”
