Oprah's Bollywood diet!
Oprah has stepped out looking slimmed down and posted this picture of herself working out on Twitter.
The trimmed down star turns her back on Hollywood fad diets as she drops 15kg on a spicy new eating plan.

Oprah Winfrey has made no secret of her lifelong "war on wobble" with the scales fluctuating wildly throughout her career. But now the talk show queen has found a groundbreaking — and delicious — new way to shave off weight, and after shedding 15kg she's looking better than ever! So what's her secret?

The 58-year-old has not resorted to the latest Hollywood fad diet of poached chicken and wilted greens — instead she's feasting on delicious Indian food. A source at her production company, who speaks to Oprah on a weekly basis, tells Woman's Day that inspiration struck on a recent trip to the subcontinent.

"She fell in love with the taste of curried vegetables and other Indian fare while filming a segment for her TV show Oprah's Next Chapter," says our insider.

"She loves traditional vegetarian cooking, especially dishes based around spinach, cauliflower, peas or green beans. She sees it as ideal because she has always been looking for a way to make a diet stripped of dairy and red meat more interesting."

Honestly I think she needs to just fade away and get on with her life. She has done alot for people and got alot out of flying her own flag at the same time. The Season of Oprah, is unfortunately over and she is tired and we have all heard and seen her amazing diets and yo ho weight ballooning to incredible sizes etc. This is not new and it wont last. She has to much money and no friends. I read her book and she has lied about alot of her past etc and she has hurt people who liked her for who she was and that wasn' t enough. I'm tired of the 5 minute Wonder about this Lady, and I'm tired of her. She should have stayed in retirement while she was on top. Now she's flogging a dead horse. Sorry to all the Oprah Fans, just my thoughts. Am not hating her. I'm honestly tired of seeing her sensationalism that isn't long term and just a quick personal whim. When she's over this, she will be back binge eating and her Weight will balloon to the point it will be life threatening.
I do not feel sorry for Oprah at all !!!! Poor rich woman battling her eating habits... She doesn't even lift a finger to cook or anything so no wonder she can't lose weight.... All that fancy gym equipment won't help either...
doesnt she realise eating ice-cream and cookies all nite makes her fat ? oh yeah she does... she just wants more tv exposure from her losing the weight to make it seem like she's won the massive battle !!
