Jessica Simpson signs $3 million weight loss deal: report

From obese to fighting fit in just 60 days
Jessica Simpson gave birth to baby Maxwell Drew just over a week ago, but she already has a plan in place to shed her baby weight.

The 31-year-old has signed a lucrative $3 million deal with Weight Watchers in the US to lose her baby weight and show off her new body, ABC News reports.

Following in the footsteps of singer Jennifer Hudson, who also lost weight through an endorsement deal with Weight Watchers, Jessica will be aiming to lose the 18kg she says she gained during pregnancy.

But this isn’t the new mum's only business venture, she also has deals for perfume, lip gloss, beauty products, hair products and commercials and last year her Jessica Simpson Collection of handbags, shoes and boots broke $1 billion in sales.

It looks like Jessica will be a very busy new mum!

Good on her. I dont see why this is any different from anyone else trying to loose their baby weight. The only differenc is she is getting paid. If I got offered to be paid to loose weight I would totally do it.
I'll lose 30kgs for $3mill , that's 12 more then what she wants to loose
Jessica has just had the baby, how can they say she put on 18 kilos? Majority of that would be fluid. Give it at least 3 - 4 ks for that to settle down first. I know everyone is different but i was bigger than her and had a much bigger baby, all that excess was alot of fluid. within weeks i was back in shape anyway. I say dont stress over any weight after having baby, if your eating right and doing the right things it will sort itself out.
