When it comes to losing weight, just like everything in life we need to a little bit of inspiration to achieve our goals. Elle Macpherson's trainer James Duigan has come on board for the Woman's Day diet in 2012 and shares with us all of his top tips.

Make sure you follow the rules, work out plan, eat two snacks from the snack list per day and stick to the portion sizes.

Eating Plan Day 5
Breakfast
¾ cup (30g) Bircher muesli with 1 cup normal, almond or rice milk and berries.

Mango and chicken salad.

Dinner
100g fillet steak strips with 100g baked sweet potato and
zucchini,
broccoli and
snow peas stir-fried in 1 tablespoon oyster sauce.
Daily diet tip: Replace mango with pawpaw, if you prefer and to reduce salt intake, omit feta and olives.
