Cheese & bacon puffs

Tasty cheese & bacon balls.
INGREDIENTS
2 cups grated tasty cheese
1 cup self-raising flour, sifted
3 rashers rindless bacon,
finely chopped
1/2 red capsicum, seeded,
finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup milk
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
METHOD
- Preheat oven to moderate, 180 degrees celcuis. Lightly grease and line 2 oven trays with baking paper.
- In a bowl, combine cheese, flour, bacon, capsicum and onion.
- In a jug, whisk together milk, egg and mustard. Season to taste.
- Make a well in the centre
of dry ingredients. Add milk mixture, stirring until combined.
- Drop tablespoons of mixture onto prepared trays. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden. Serve warm.
