Creamy paprika salmon

Creamy paprika salmon by Rae Beers, Whittlesea, Vic.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup cream
2 tablespoons mild paprika
2 garlic cloves, crushed
4 salmon fillets
1/3 cup capers, rinsed
Mashed potato, steamed asparagus, to serve
METHOD
- Preheat oven to moderate, 180°C. In a bowl, combine cream, paprika and garlic. Season to taste.
- Place salmon fillets in a GLAD Oven Bag in a baking dish. Spoon paprika mixture over salmon, until it is coated on both sides. Tie up bag and pierce 6 holes to allow steam to escape.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until cooked to taste. Serve salmon topped with capers. Accompany with mashed potato and steamed asparagus.
