Potato Gnocchi with Pesto

Ingredients:
GNOCCHI: 500g floury mashing potatoes, skin on, 1/2 cup finely grated parmesan, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, 1/2 cup plain flour, plus extra to dust,
shaved parmesan, sliced bread, to serve.
PESTO: 2 cups loosely packed basil leaves, 1/2 cup grated parmesan, 1/4 cup pine nuts, 1-2 garlic cloves, chopped, 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil.
