Question
"Could you tell me the right way of using a meat thermometer? And which one is the best one to buy and easiest to read?"

Answer
A meat thermometer is used to measure the internal temperature of meat to check for doneness. It is inserted in the thickest part of the meat before baking, making sure it isn't touching bone and that it is deeply inserted. The thermometers always display what the temperature means for each type of meat.
The type you purchase is, of course, personal choice, but I like the standard metal gauge style thermometer simple and efficient.
