Mini pappadums with yogurt dip

Serving size: Serves 10 or more

INGREDIENTS

100g packet mini pappadums
1 teaspoon ground cumin
500g tub plain yogurt
½ cup chopped coriander
METHOD


  1. Cook pappadums according to packet instructions. Set aside.

  2. Heat a small frying pan on medium. Dry-fry cumin for 1 minute until fragrant.

  3. Transfer to a small bowl with yogurt and coriander. Season to taste. Serve with pappadums.



  4. Top tip
    For low-fat pappadums, arrange several on your microwave turntable and cook on medium-high 70 percent power for 1-2 minutes.
