INGREDIENTS

125g butter
½ cup brown sugar
1/3 cup caster sugar (Fairtrade Certified)
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 egg
1½ cups self raising flour
¾ cup Cadbury Dairy Milk (Fairtrade Certified) 200g chocolate

METHOD

Makes 30

1. Preheat oven to 160°C .
   
   
2. Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
   
   
3. Break up chunks of Cadbury Dairy Milk (Fairtrade Certified) 200g chocolate.
   
   
4. Mix in vanilla essence and egg.
   
   
5. Stir in flour until combined. Add chunks of chocolate.
   
   
6. Place teaspoons of mixture on greased baking tray and bake in moderate over for 10-15 minutes.
