Strawberry dessert toast

1. Spread two slices of bread with cream cheese. Arrange a thin layer of strawberry slices on top.
   
   
2. Spread remaining 2 slices with hazelnut spread. Place over strawberries, spread side down.
   
   
3. Melt butter in a frying pan on medium. Place sandwiches in pan and sprinkle top with half the sugar. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Turn and sprinkle with remaining sugar. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until golden. Remove from pan and cut into quarters.

• Serve with extra strawberries, if liked.
  
• Create a toasted dessert sandwich with whatever you have handy. Try thinly sliced apples with sultanas and sugar, sliced bananas with peanut butter, or quince paste and sliced camembert cheese.
