Spinach and tuna salad

INGREDIENTS
2 x 200g tuna steaks, cubed
1 avocado, seeded, peeled, sliced
100g baby spinach leaves
250g punnet grape tomatoes, halved
4 green onions, sliced
METHOD
- Preheat char-grill to hot. Brush tuna with a little oil and char-grill for 1-2 minutes each side, or to taste. Allow to cool.
- In a bowl, combine avocado, spinach leaves, tomatoes and onion. Season to taste.
- Toss tuna through. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
TOP TIP- To add croutons to this, remove crusts from 2 slices of wholemeal bread and cut into cubes. Spread on a tray and bake at 180°C , for 5-10 minutes, until golden. Cool.
