Easy chocolate tart by Margaret House, Greenwith, SA...
INGREDIENTS

200g plain sweet biscuits, crushed
100g butter, melted
50g white chocolate

Filling:
150g milk chocolate, roughly chopped
150g dark chocolate, roughly chopped
2 tablespoons icing sugar, sifted
300ml cream, whipped

METHOD

  1. Lightly grease base of a 20cm springform pan.
  2. Combine crushed biscuits and butter in a bowl. Press mixture into base of pan. Chill for 30 minutes until set.
  3. Filling: Combine chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Melt on medium (50%) power for 1 minute. Stir and return to oven for 30 seconds. Stir chocolate until melted and smooth. Mix in icing sugar. Set aside to cool slightly.
  4. Fold cream through chocolate. Pour over biscuit base. Smooth top and chill for 5 hours or overnight, until set. Melt white chocolate, pipe or drizzle over tart and serve.
