INGREDIENTS
200g plain sweet biscuits, crushed
100g butter, melted
50g white chocolate
Filling:
150g milk chocolate, roughly chopped
150g dark chocolate, roughly chopped
2 tablespoons icing sugar, sifted
300ml cream, whipped
METHOD
- Lightly grease base of a 20cm springform pan.
- Combine crushed biscuits and butter in a bowl. Press mixture into base of pan. Chill for 30 minutes until set.
- Filling: Combine chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Melt on medium (50%) power for 1 minute. Stir and return to oven for 30 seconds. Stir chocolate until melted and smooth. Mix in icing sugar. Set aside to cool slightly.
- Fold cream through chocolate. Pour over biscuit base. Smooth top and chill for 5 hours or overnight, until set. Melt white chocolate, pipe or drizzle over tart and serve.
