Cannellini pasta for $7.20

1. Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water, following packet instructions. Drain well and return to pan. Keep warm.
   
   
2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan on medium. Saute onion and garlic 3-4 minutes, until tender.
   
   
3. Stir in beans and stock. Reduce heat to low and simmer gently 3-4 minutes. Add cream and return to simmering point.
   
   
4. Transfer to food processor with mint and juice. Process until smooth. Season to taste.
   
   
5. Toss sauce through hot pasta with broad beans and half the parmesan. Serve hot with remaining parmesan and extra mint leaves.

• Serve with shaved baby fennel and chopped long red chilli.
