INGREDIENTS

200g quality white cooking
chocolate, broken
2 cups shredded coconut
24 small Easter eggs
METHOD

MAKES 8



  1. Place chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on medium (50%) power in 30-second bursts, stirring each time, until chocolate has completely melted. Add coconut and mix well.

  2. Place 8 paper patty cases in a muffin pan. Fill evenly with chocolate mixture.

  3. Using the back of a teaspoon, make an indent in the centre of each nest. Arrange 3 eggs in each nest. Chill 1 hour until set.


TOP TIP
  • If preferred, sit one medium egg into nests and decorate with a fluffy chick for a cute present.
