Idol singer Ricki-Lee Coulter sends her wishes to the Day and its readers!
Dear
Woman's Day,
Woman's Day is pure nostalgia to me. Whether it is thinking back to my childhood, where my beautiful aunties had this mad commitment to buying the magazine each week; to the times where I'd sneak off with the mag and get stuck into all the celeb stories, dreaming I was one of those people they were talking about; right through to the present day where I am one of those people (oh my gosh!) and I've had the honour of seeing my face grace the cover!
Happy 60th birthday,
Woman's Day. You are a true Australian icon and I love you guys SOOOOOO much!
To the
Woman's Day readers,
I wanted to say a BIG thank you to everyone who has shared my journey and my story over the last couple of years. Thanks to the wonderful peeps at
WD, they have kept you updated on the most pivotal moments in my career and my personal life.

Thanks to them you have seen my wild ride from an 18-year-old
Australian Idol contestant, to a proud Australian independent pop artist releasing 2 x gold selling records, to the most beautiful day of my life my wedding day to Jamie!
I've had the honour of having my face on the cover of
Woman's Day and that is thanks to you guys caring enough to want to read my stories and be updated on my news. I never thought Australia would be interested in reading about what I get up to outside of releasing music, so I feel completely loved and supported when I read through the emails and words of encouragement from readers who have contacted me to share their thoughts, advice and appreciation for what I contribute as a personality.
I can't even begin to tell you how crazy the journey has been for me the last couple of years... it feels like a whirlwind. It's gone so fast and yet so much has happened! It means the world to me to know you guys are out there following my tale! I hope you continue to do so!
Ricki-Lee
