Before the 40-year-old walks down the aisle with on-again, off-again boyfriend Nick Loeb she has slapped him with a hefty prenuptial agreement which states that if he cheats on her, it will cost him $10 million and this will increase if he cheats with more than one woman.

“Sofia's shifted their nuptial plans into high gear and she's completely consumed with every aspect of the event," an unnamed source told The Enquirer.

"She says God is in the details and this wedding is going to be absolutely heavenly!"

While the Latin actress is excited to tie the knot, she is also mindful of her 37-year-old millionaire fiancé’s wandering eye. Earlier this year, she was left devastated after it was alleged he had cheated on her with prostitutes and strippers.

The two have since reconciled, and Nick proposed while they were holidaying in Mexico with Sofia’s friends and family celebrating her 40th birthday.

“Sofia is still crazy about Nick, but when he begged for her hand in marriage, she told him, 'Put your money where your mouth is’," the source said.

Nick, who is heir to a banking fortune, is said to be currently worth around $15 million.

“If there's ever an indiscretion on his part during the marriage, he'd pretty much be cleaned out," the source added.

The pair are reportedly planning a beachfront ceremony at sunset, with guests being served a pan-global menu including Mexican, Japanese and Italian dishes.

Celebrity wedding dress designer Vera Wang is said to be creating Sofia’s gown.
