The news she’s been dreading and he’s been keeping quiet. Dannii’s baby daddy has a new flame.

The photos of her estranged partner Kris Smith in a romantic embrace with his new love, Australian model Maddy King are sure to break Dannii Minogue’s heart. Despite the loved-up new couple’s best attempts to hide their relationship — swapping cars to elude photographers, entering and exiting buildings separately — the secret is out.

During the recent Myer fashion parades, the brunette Dannii look-alike was ensconced in a room with Kris at the Swissotel Sydney in the CBD. However, their best efforts to fly under the radar failed when Kris insisted on Maddy joining him for his 34th birthday celebrations last week and the two couldn’t keep their hands off each other. After dining at The Village in Kings Cross, the couple moved on to Bondi’s trendy The Bucket List, where Woman’s Day caught them kissing and cuddling in front of fellow diners including Sydney Roosters footballer Anthony Minichiello and wife Terry Biviano.

It appears Kris has shuffled off the cloak and dagger. Friends close to the handsome model and father of son Ethan with Dannii, 40, say he has been terrified of going public with his new love fearing it may cause problems with Dannii. The former couple are said to be keeping things civil for Ethan’s sake, and Kris is determined to keep it that way.

“Kris loves his little boy and will always respect Dannii as Ethan’s mum,” a friend of Kris’s says. “The last thing he wants to do is rock the boat with his ex or Ethan.” “He knows everyone is watching his every move,” another mate adds. “It wasn’t easy being Mr Dannii Minogue in Melbourne and it’s not a whole lot easier being the ex-Mr Minogue, anywhere.” But there is no use in hiding the fact it’s over.

This is sad for the beautiful little boy Ethan as with any other family breakdown. I wish them all the best of happiness. Dannii Minogue was so unrealistic to think she could keep a man 7 years younger- only a very special woman can succeed in that.
Hah, a meeting of the No Names. I hadn't heard of Kris Smith before he dated Dannii and have no idea who this bird is - they should have printed "wannabe Australian model Maddy King" as she is obviously a nobody. Well...she'll be somebody now I suppose, thanks to the Minogues being a household name over here and Kris Smith cashing in on that. She's not really a lookalike apart from being a caucasian woman with dark hair, either...the journo needs an eye test. Couldn't Kris get a job over in the UK or something, latching onto Dannii the way he did? And they say women entrap men by falling pregnant, seems he impregnated her as a career move! I'm not exactly what you'd call a fan of hers but I think she can do better than a pretty boy ex-rugby player who appears to be nothing more than a fame chasing gold-digger. Not to mention that his looks are fading now that the wrinkles are taking over, he certainly isn't aging well...perhaps it's his turn for Botox?
I'm so over all the hype the " MINOGUES " get. I can't see what all the fuss is about. I'm sure this little boy is better off with his dad as he will have a more stable life and it best to be away from " Its' All about Me" type people. Actually they are yesterday's news. I hope Kris has now found true happiness with MADDY his new love. Any wonder the Minogues are always alone.
Everyone saying oh POOR Danni Minogue...... give me a break you can nearly almost tell what she would have been like....a nightmare. And every picture was him holding the bub not her...she may break a nail poor princess.... Sorry i sound harsh as i dont know either of them but i just think she is like the ice queen., And how is the girl a danni lookalike she is HEAPS younger and much prettier sorry.
What's wrong with this young man? He comes from nowhere and everyone asks"Who's he?" then he leaves his family and no doubt his poor little son will ask " Who's he?" Grow up and be a man!!!!!

clearly this proves that he was only after one thing....and that is....his name.... how else was some male model going to be in the headlines.... He wanted exposure and when the opportunity came to date Miss Minougue,..he took it.... i say this cause, if it was true love....there have been wars and murders for love....but this guy. well....he still is posing around and getting the attention now as not just a model but MINOUGUE'S EX AND ETHAN DADDY...cmon people...wake up look whats really going on.!!!
Its all very easy raising a child together when you are separated or divorced, that is until one party re-partners! But what do you really expect, for divorced parents to stay alone forever just devoting their time to their job and their child? Now the nastiness will come out because of jealousy. This is the part that screws kids up.
Perhaps if the media stopped calling him Mr Minogue they may have stood a chance, as for him dating a Danni look a like, someone needs glasses and it isn't me. So tired of this sort of media hype
