Just weeks after his divorce from Katie Holmes, the 50-year-old star strolled through the park hand-in-hand with his daughter, who was dressed up as Ariel from Disney's The Little Mermaid, and alongside his sister Cass Mapother.

A number of visitors to the park spotted the star, with Marianne Cohen of Tampa telling People magazine that Suri “looked like she was in heaven”.

“It was really cute. She was walking around like she owned the place, having the time of her life, and Tom, who looked really handsome, was talking to her, was really engaging with her,” she said.

Numerous fans took to Twitter, posting pictures of their celebrity sighting.

Since the announcement on June 29 that Katie was filing for divorce from Tom, Suri has been mostly spotted out and about with her mum taking in the sights of New York, while Tom was busy working on his new film Oblivion.

Tom and Suri were reunited a month after the divorce and have been snapped spending one-on-one time together on a couple of occasions, including a helicopter ride to the Hamptons for the afternoon.
