The video (above) shows the pair dirty dancing aboard a yacht at this year's international Cannes Film Festival, while Melanie was at home in Los Angeles. Ivan Bitton, Mallika's stylist who attended the party, told Radar online that Antonio was definitely interested in Mallika.

“Antonio was very attracted to Mallika and you can see that from the video,” he said.

“Antonio grabbed her from behind, and he was really into the dance. I could hear Antonio telling Mallika how beautiful she was.

“However, as Antonio and Mallika were dancing together, a haggard looking woman in her 40s, came up to them and violently pushed Mallika out of the way. It was like a move out of the jungle or something. I just grabbed Mallika's hand and we went downstairs, we didn't want to deal with any drama. The woman that pushed Mallika was definitely not Melanie Griffith.”

Despite the pair sharing a moment on the dance floor, Ivan insists there is nothing going on between the two.

“You could tell Antonio was hot for Mallika and she was flattered, but she would never get involved with a married man, it's totally not her thing," he said.

This video is the latest in a long string of reports that Antonio’s marriage is on the rocks. In April 2012, Woman’s Day exclusively reported that Antonio had been caught kissing another woman, while just last week Melanie, 54, was spotted shopping without her wedding ring.

“[Melanie] is playing hard to get,” an unnamed source told Radar Online.

“She has always known how to keep him on his toes and it wasn’t a coincidence that the cameras caught her with her wedding ring off! Ultimately she will probably stay with him but not before making him squirm.

“The last thing Banderas wants is a nasty high-profile divorce. Despite their problems he still loves her and will do anything to keep her from leaving him.”

The pair are currently keeping their distance with Melanie holidaying with their children in Aspen and Hawaii, while Banderas is busy with work.
