Debt-ridden mum of 14 Nadya Suleman is on her way to Sydney.

Octomum’s despairing dad Ed Suleman is adamant that moving to Australia is the only way to save his destitute daughter. In an exclusive interview with Woman’s Day, the embarrassed and heartbroken 69-year-old says he’s already made secret emigration plans.

“People in America hate my daughter and that breaks my heart, so I think the only solution is for us to all move away,” says Ed. “And I can’t think of a better place for us to go than Australia, as living in California has become toxic for Nadya. She’s constantly being attacked by paparazzi and judged by her peers for going on government funding. “Australians are very laid back … they’re very friendly and I think our family would fit in nicely there.”

The family won’t be at a total loss when they arrive, as one of Nadya’s uncles, John, lives in Sydney and works in the fishing industry. Though his house is bound to be much too small to fit the oversized family, he supports the move.

“He said whenever we’re ready to move he will help us get settled in,” reveals Ed. Nadya already had six children when she gave birth to the octuplets in 2009, and having made no financial provision for them, has since faced crippling debts. Bankrupt and with her house repossessed, she reached an all-time low in May when she starred in a porn film to make ends meet.

The Aussies may be laid back but the are the first to stand up for the right thing and they don't want her here either. Without a means to support herself and her children, Australia will not let her in. As an immigrant to Australia from the U.S. I would be insulted if they let her immigrate. The cost of living is higher here so it would be more expensive for her to live. I am not sure what fantasy land her father is from but she would get treated better if she admitted that she was selfish on her choice to have so many children and actually get a real job.
The last thing Australian wants in another imigrant spounging off the governement. If Suleman wants to move here she should not be entitle to our health care which Australian tax payers contribute to or any welfare. Australian is in a nose diving with many professional people starting to loose the jobs. This means less tax collected and more welfare being paid out. We cannot afford to take her and family on the basis she has trouble fitting into American society.
I have a feeling she might be in for a rude shock. When a whole state of people find you reprehensible perhaps its time to start looking inward at yourself rather than thinking the problem is with others. I doubt she'll be able to get in anyway.
Exactly right mammaduck. Agree totally.
Can we please put up a sign that reads Octomom stay out of our country! America would be too happy to get rid of her and pass on their garbage and seconds. Its not a compliment that we are giving and accepting nation, its more an insult because all the garbage and system abusers take advantage of that. So stay out and in your own country. She cant add to our society, she will drain it. The kids have nothing to do with the choice, they are kids they go where mum goes, she just uses her own children as a sympathy card. So open your eyes and stop feeling sorry for this woman. If it were just the kids coming its a different story, but she is looking out for herself only.
Don't come here, and for you who said we were happy to pay for the boat people but not for her, well guess what I am not happy paying for the boat people and I certainly don't want to have to support her and her 14 kids, the Dr that implanted her with all those eggs last time should be help responsible for their upkeep too
Sounds like these kids would be much better off being adopted out to a real family of Mum and a Dad. There's plenty of Aussies here who'd love to adopt a child, but because of the sheer expense and departmental stupidity, they can't. These kids should be adopted out to a Mum and a Dad, so that they can have a real chance to be loved and have a good balanced, emotionally and physically supported life. Octomum needs to be permanently snipped until such time as she can prove herself financially, emtionally and physically able to support children in a long-term sustainable relationship.
what with 14 kids, 8 with health issues.. There is no way immigration will allow her into aust. OctoMum, you breed 'em you feed 'em. You have not paid any taxes in this country, you have not contributed in any way. You do not deserve my taxes to pay for your lifestyle choice.
i dont under stand u people have a complaint about this mum and your taxes going to her but you are quite happy to spend your taxes on the boat people coming to australia.I pay tax work full time and raise 2 kids yet the govement can give it all to the boats
Why should my hard earn tax dollars go to someone who wanted all these children......you breed them ...you feed them......not everyone else.....
