I believe that Diana would have liked Kate and tried to get along. I also think that if Willam loves Kate, than his mother should respect that decision. So what if Kate is middle class!! Princess Mary is also middle class and I don't see anyone bagging her. Kate will be like Diana and I hope she will bring forward great plans to help 3rd world countries!

Diana spent a lot of time with her sons and I believe she would not have wanted her sons to be snobs. She knew what it was like to be in a loveless marriage and I feel certain she would have wanted William and Harry to be happy even if it meant marrying a commoner. I think Kate has handled herself very well and will make William very happy.

It's really painful listening to the way this bloke blurst along with his terrible stuttering way of speaking. He runs off about a hundred mile an hour saying "sort of, sort, sort of." And arf the time he makes no bloody sense. Listen carefully to what he said about thinking about his mother. He twice says quite clearly that he only "sort of" prepared himself. And unbelievably he babbles on about it being the "one time" since she died he thought about her. What a load of jumbling mumbling rot. And the other elephant in the room. It's about time the truth was told about who is and who aint his and Harry's biological dads. They've always been a larfing stock. But this farce is up there with the best. There aint no way these two supposedly full biological brothers share only 2 parents. We all know his mother was screwed around because her husband hated her

iI think Dianna would of loved Kate ,because she loves her son very much, and he loves her.. Some of the people who have said other wise are horrible. I think he chose well.

Why would anybody jump to the conclusion that Princess Diana would have approved of Prince William marrying Kate Middleton? Diana was upper class and Kate is of lower and middle class origins. The class system is very rigid in England where I come from, and Kate and her children will always be looked down upon by the upper classes. Diana would not have wanted her son to suffer that.

Its time that this subject was dropped Diana was no angel, a very manipulative woman, probably better Kate did not meet her. Move on

What a pity Diana died, as she was a very cunning woman and would have warned William off the work-shy, socially adventurous Kate, whose mother is a former trolley dolly who manufactures cheap party toys and decorations. Kate has done practically nothing in the 10 years prior to marrying William, other than hang on like a limpet till he finally gave in and proposed. Diana would have been horrified I would say.

Prince William would most likely have been talked ot of associating with Ms Kate Middleton if Princess Diana was alive. Kate and her sister Pippa were known as the Wisteria Sisters, de to their social climbing skills. Kate will be the first British commoner Queen in about 500 years! The former Lady Diana Spencer would have wanted her son to marry a Princess or at least a Lady and not some socially ambitious type.
