INGREDIENTS
2 Lebanese bread
1/3 cup pasta sauce
2 x 120g packet antipasto mix, drained
125g mozzarella cubed or bocconcini, halved
25g baby rocket leaves
METHOD
- Preheat oven to very hot, 220°C. Line 2 oven trays with baking paper.
- Place Lebanese bread on each tray. Spread each evenly with pasta sauce.
- Top with antipasto mix and cheese. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until golden and crisp.
- Top with rocket and a drizzle of olive oil. Serve in wedges.
